Cannot add Witcher 2 to account through Games with Gold

    Cannot add Witcher 2 to account through Games with Gold


    I'm logged into my account on xbox.com, and when I click on Witcher 2 on the Games with Gold page, it takes me to the Xbox store page for the game. It shows me that the Gold exclusive price is Free, but when I click on the "Download to Xbox 360" button,
    the window to confirm the purchase that I usually get pops up, but is completely empty other than a spinning green circle, so i can't add the game to my account.

    Unable to download Witcher 2 through xbox store

    I am away from my Xbox 360 console, so I'm trying to add Witcher 2 to my account through xbox.com, but when I click "download," all I get is a white pop up window with an eternally spinning green wheel. Nothing will happen no matter how many times I retry.
    Is there something wrong with the store? I'm trying to get the game while it's free with Gold, and yes I do have Gold.

    "Can't Download" issues

    I recently downloaded Brothers from the Games with Gold promotion, and it downloaded just fine. Last month, I attempted to download The Witcher 2 and it said "Can't Download The Witcher 2", in a pop-up message similar to getting an achievement.
    Just yesterday, when I tried to download Sniper Elite V2 through Games With Gold, and I got the same "Can't Download" message. My region and account locations are the same, and if it is the cache, would clearing that erase my download history? I'd
    rather not have to buy a game that I already attempted to download for free with the Games WIth Gold promotion.

    Never mind. I guess third time's the charm. I've successfully added the game to my account.

    Glad to hear it. For future reference you should also be able to start the download from your console.

    I'm having the same problem. Click "Download to Xbox 360" and get the popup window, but nothing but a spinning green circle. It's really frustrating because I don't have access to my console right now, so the only way for me to get the game is to download
    via xbox.com.

    I'm having the same problem. Click "Download to Xbox 360" and get the popup window, but nothing but a spinning green circle. It's really frustrating because I don't have access to my console right now, so the only way for me to get the game is to download
