    The issue is when I try to add the 500 user purchased copy to our private store, it defaults to the free unlimited versions that we had signed up for at: https://education.minecraft.net/get-started/

    There does not seem to be option to remove or unsubscribe from the free user copy's listed under Products and Services at: https://educationstore.microsoft.com/en-us/store under user purchased, nor
    is their any links to do the same at the sign up site.

    I have called and set up tickets starting with product stuck in trial version to this point.

    The issue is of our own making that much I'm sure. We should never have signed up for the free copy and gave more than one user rights to do so in the store. It has broken something on the store and we do not seem to have the tools on our end to fix it. I'm
    looking to just get back to one copy. The version we paid for so we can add it to our private store and start using the product.

    Steps taken over the weeks:

    1: the case # 117120417262951 - Activate Minecraft ( unresolved and closed )

    2: REG:118011517465772] Help manage user purchased product (opened new ticked with specific scope to remove free copy- not with in scope given info in 3 step)

    3: Call 1-877-696-7786 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/28808/microsoft-store-contact-support - was told they cant help we have
    a minecraft team in games: was told no support tickets can be made as they are not working for them at this time and when I specifically asked for a contact number if the transfer fails I was told there is no number. The call ended on transfer so I'm posting
    here for help.

    If support here can help please call or email me, my contact info should be in the tickets I listed here. If anyone here has had a similar issue and there are tools I can access from my end to fix the issue could you respond please.

    Child account cannot access game add-ons installed by parent on Xbox One X console

    Hi, I am having issues with my daughter’s family child Microsoft account.

    I just purchased 2 add-on packs for the game Minecraft that is already installed on our Xbox One X console. The add-on packs were digitally downloaded to the console and I installed them logged in as my parent Microsoft account. When I run Minecraft, I can
    access and use those add-on packs logged in as my parent account. So that works.

    The problem is that when my daughter logs in to the same Xbox One X console with her family child Microsoft account and runs Minecraft, it will not let her access and use those purchased add-on packs. Every time she tries to, it gives an error message that
    she is using a trial version of the add-on packs and will have to buy in the Microsoft store if she wants to save her game. There should not be a content restriction issue; this is E-rated (Everyone) Minecraft.

    This is frustrating. I cannot find the setting on my daughter’s child Microsoft account to enable the use of these add-on packs for Minecraft. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks!

    The support here is provided by Xbox users for Xbox console and account related questions. I wouldn't expect anyone here to know what you're trying to do.

    I want to clarify that Minecoins are purchased in-game through the Minecraft Marketplace and are not purchasable through the Microsoft Store. You can only redeem codes for Minecoins in the Microsoft Store.

    I suggest following the steps on the following page for an alternative to add money to your child's account:

    No, the Minecraft Store redirects the user to the Microsoft Store.

    The parent gets the email request for permission from the Microsoft Store not the Minecraft Store.

    Following the above steps I get this also error PUR-PrerequisiteProfileMissing regardless of whether I try and add money via a desktop browser or mobile phone browser.

    This is for Minecraft on the PC & there is no avoiding the Microsoft Store which cannot cope with online payments.

    I recommend you contact customer support, this information is private.

    You should handle your purchases in a private place, I do no know much about this problem.

    I heard someone recently speak about a similar issue, with purchasing and playing Minecraft Dungeons.

    Digital purchases are final with no refunds, your friend might be looking for the gifted copy of Minecraft Dungeons on the wrong store.

    Hopefully IT will know, sorry for my lack of informative directions.

    To update this post, in case anyone else has this issue.

    The Microsoft Store on Windows PCs intergration Minecraft is broken. Seems crazy given Minecraft has almost 100, Million Users. I suspect Microsoft know the store is broken but are not interested in fixing it, why would they given that the cash goes to them.

    You cannot add money to the Microsoft Store for your children in your family account and purchase Minecraft coins/content. (well, you can add the money, but not spend it on Minecraft).

    FIX...

    I did manage to get this resolved, but you need an XBOX. I logged into my sons XBOX and set up an account for my daughter using her Microsoft account details. I launched Minecraft with my daughters account. Once in Minecraft on the XBOX, the intergration with the Microsoft Store worked. When I went to purchase the content on the xbox, it took the money out of my duaghters account and bought the content. I could then log into her Windows PC, with the same account and the content is there....
