    Cannot add purchase to download queue?


    New to xbox, bought Lego Star Wars hoping to have it downloaded to new xbox for Christmas gift... So far still unable to access... Can see it in purchase history, but seem unable to add to download queue... Help!

    child accounts generally cannot purchase or download M rated content from the marketplace, add-ons and map packs being the exception. Download the demo from an adult account and once it is downloaded your child should be able to try the demo on his account.

    Purchased add on and cant access it?

    I recently purchased Forza 3 and then at the weekend purchased the Hot Wheels add on. However, I now cannot go from the Hot Wheels demo page to actually play it. Can anyone explain how I can access to play?

    Hey there! Can you find it in your Purchase History on Xbox.com? If so, are you able to add that to your download queue?

    Avatar Award Problem (Item incorrectly Listed as Locked after requirement completed.)

    Have you tried going into your Purchase History and Adding the item to your Download Queue? You can do this by logging into Xbox.com> My Account > Purchase History >find the item and then click "Add to Queue". I have had to this this a few times because
    the download corrupted. This should work for Avatar Achievements.

    You can via your Xbox 360 download history with the following steps:

    1. To see your purchase history, go to Purchase History and sign in with your Microsoft account (email and password).
    2. Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console's download queue.

    Queuing up games to download to my 360?

    I did the license transfer, but the following steps don't work, all I get is a page saying "No results found"

    1. To see your purchase history, go to Purchase History and sign in with your Microsoft account (email address and password).
    2. Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console's download queue.
    3. Turn on your console and connect to Xbox Live. The items will begin downloading.
