    Cannot add new payment options for my current location.


    I used to live in the US but now I live in the UK. I also have a new debit card. When i try to add the new card it is locked on United States and cannot be changed. I have changed everything in my Address book and set them to default but the old addresses
    cannot be deleted, saying i can't because they are linked to payments or subscriptions or something like that. I have found no way to fix this and I cannot purchase anything because of it. A fix would be appreciated as I do not want to close my account and
    lose all of my progress and purchased content.

    Hi

    The best option for will be PayPal, but if you want to add your new card I would check the region that you configured your console on the first time.

    I have a paypal on the account but when trying to purchase something it still says "you have no valid payment options on file"

    Thank you for contacting us with your issue. I would suggest if you got an PayPal account connect it through your payment methods and you will be able to use your card that way without any issues. If you do not have PayPal i suggest to create one as its
    fats and easy.

    Thanks for the response, I do have a PayPal however when i try to add a new payment option it only gives me the option to add a credit card.

    I can't add any payment options is what I'm saying. My location right now as I type this from my Windows Phone is not the USA it is Trinidad and Tobago. In my hotmail account it is Trinidad and Tobago but here on this website it is USA and on the website
    you gave me, also USA and it cannot be changed so therefore I can't add payment options.
