    Today I noticed yy xbox 360 has dissapeared from my registered devices so i went to add it back

    the problem is when i put in the serial number it comes back "we don't recognise that serial number"????

    anybody else had this?

    Sorry to hear it. Before you can add the console to your account so you can reset the passcode you'll first need to register the console under your name at
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com. Once done you should be able to add it to your devices and reset the code

    He already has an account and Xbox One on it, but need to add the Xbox 360 to his name as well. The 360 is currently under my name in devices.
