Cannot add money to my child’s Xbox account

I have been told by xbox support agent 3 times my account is blocked for 72 hours while it investigates fraudulent activity. This has been going on since late April and still unresolved even though I recieve emails saying the issue has been resolved. Anyone
else encountered same problem while trying to add money to their child’s account?



Happened for a third time today and when I asked to talk to someone about what the fraudulent activity was like a supervisor, the agent hung up me.
