    Cannot add Microsoft account after corrective actions


    I have been inhibited from logging into my Microsoft account of my xbox for one day now. I have tried all corrective methods such as: holding the power button to comence a cold boot and i have also reset my console TWICE. Whenever i attept to add an account
    i am broungt to a loding screen for a few moments and the brought back to the home screen. Please help

    Correct. You cannot have 2 accounts on 1 Microsoft account.

    just to add, the reason you cannot remove the Xbox account is that IS the Microsoft account, the Microsoft account covers lots of services from Microsoft and obviously they cannot be removed or split as it is just ONE account.

    I believe you have to wait a year after any action is taken against "said" account. Was it some time in the last year that your profile was corrected?
