    Cannot add friends!


    Cannot send or accept friend requests. Security is set to ALLOW these. How do you fix this?????

    Alright, the issue may be with parental settings then. Either your parents, your friends parents, or both have restricted the addition of friends on your accounts. They will need to go into the settings of your account to change that.

    You need a gold live member ship. And it seems yours had ran out.

    Really? No where does Microsoft or XBox Team say that you need a Gold membership to add/delete friends.

    I have this problem as well and play XBox games on my WP8.1 (Lumia 930)

    Usually when it says that its usually because you already have the Maximum friends And Yes Try What He Told You To Do If You Have A Windows Phone You Can Do It From Their Because It Comes With Xbox All ready installed in it

    Have you tried making the friend request on the forums here?

    live.xbox.com/.../Friends

    If not, give it a try. Also, find out how many friends he has on his list. It may be possible that his list is full at the moment.

    when I click add friend it comes up with a notice of Xbox live enforcement action and the when I go to enforcement.xbox.live it says my account has a perfect record
