Cannot add friends

Discus and support Cannot add friends in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Whenever i try to add a friend or (gamertag) it says cannot complete this process and it says to go to xbox.xom/support but no error code is given.... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by pnasty, Jan 11, 2015.

    Cannot add friends


    Whenever i try to add a friend or (gamertag) it says cannot complete this process and it says to go to xbox.xom/support but no error code is given. I've talked to a courteous xbox live representative and only found a work around (Adding from website and
    not console) any help would be great!

    Alright, the issue may be with parental settings then. Either your parents, your friends parents, or both have restricted the addition of friends on your accounts. They will need to go into the settings of your account to change that.

    Usually when it says that its usually because you already have the Maximum friends And Yes Try What He Told You To Do If You Have A Windows Phone You Can Do It From Their Because It Comes With Xbox All ready installed in it

    Have you tried making the friend request on the forums here?

    live.xbox.com/.../Friends

    If not, give it a try. Also, find out how many friends he has on his list. It may be possible that his list is full at the moment.

    when I click add friend it comes up with a notice of Xbox live enforcement action and the when I go to enforcement.xbox.live it says my account has a perfect record
