Cannot add friends on xbox

Discus and support Cannot add friends on xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For two days now, I have not been able to add friends on my Xbox.     Cannot add friends on xbox


    For two days now, I have not been able to add friends on my Xbox. I've tried the Xbox website and Xbox app, still same error message pops up: "Sorry, we are unable to save your changes at the moment. Try again in a while." I checked my privacy settings and
    do not see any setting that would prevent me from adding friends. What do I do?

    Can't add any friends!

    I cannot add any of my friends on Xbox one it always says" You cannot add friends because how your account is set up." Please help me!

    Adding and removing friends

    I cannot add or remove friends. I still have my old friends but cannot add new ones. I also tried to remove one and could not. What is wrong? I can add them on my pc but it does not show up on my xbox 360 console. Please help!

    Usually when it says that its usually because you already have the Maximum friends And Yes Try What He Told You To Do If You Have A Windows Phone You Can Do It From Their Because It Comes With Xbox All ready installed in it

    Have you tried making the friend request on the forums here?

    live.xbox.com/.../Friends

    If not, give it a try. Also, find out how many friends he has on his list. It may be possible that his list is full at the moment.

    when I click add friend it comes up with a notice of Xbox live enforcement action and the when I go to enforcement.xbox.live it says my account has a perfect record
