    Cannot add child account - it's driving me mad!


    Tried to add child account to my Xbox account. Seemed to work fine, but when I go to the Privacy settings the child account is not shown there - only my main account.

    On my Microsoft account it shows the child account but I cannot seem to change any settings. Followed the instructions, but it seems to be an exercise in futility.

    Any ideas? Already tried removing and re-adding the child account twice.

    Pease Help! Cannot add my child account to family pack. My mom's WLID is the parent account associated with my account, but my father made the family account. Solutions?

    Xbox one - Changing Adult Account to Child Account

    Adult accounts cannot be made child accounts. Only child accounts can be converted to adult accounts. Not the other way around.

    You cannot demote an account to a child account but you can add it to a family pack and add certain restrictions if needed. :)

    add it to a family    . This requires an adult account to add the child account to the family. Once the child account has been added to the adult account's family, the child account will be able to access online features. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Parent email question.

    You cannot change the parent account attached to a child account after it has been created. The only managing you can do is completely remove the relationship, but you cannot add a new parent to the child after that. Sorry for the confusion.
