Cannot add card to account

May I know if you tried adding a different card to the account to see how it goes?

If this prepaid card was delivered via email from a third party store, try putting the billing address that you used on that store.

You can add Xbox gift cards to your account which will add money on your account to purchase content (it cannot be used for subscriptions).

the card details are useless, as the cvv is not stored by them and only purchases via your account can be made, they cannot use any details to add the card to any other account as the important parts of the card are encrypted and even support cannot see them.

I recieved a roblox gift card, not xbox card. Is there away to add that to xbox so i can buy items in roblox game

Yes, I've tried on both the console and the website. And it just literally says "This is an invalid credit card number" and I'm putting in the exact number and nothing works. I've also call but they were no help at all. The funny thing is is that it worked
on my other account but I want it on mine but it never works for me.
