    Cannot add a new payment method


    My Gold Live is suspended because I cancelled my CC. However, I have a new one which I am attempting to add in order to renew it. It continually tells me that the information on the card does not match the information on the CC profile. I called my bank,
    and all is great on their end. So, I tried my other CC after confirming it was in good standing and received the same message. Al of the fields turn red and will not let me advance. This is VERY FRUSTRATING and Microsoft is IMPOSSIBLR to get a hold of!!!!!!!

    It might be a problem on the bank side.

    For time being i recommend you buy code from authorized Xbox live code sellers.

    I'm sorry to hear about your issue of not being able to add a payment option to your account.

    Have you tried adding the payment option on your console and on a PC (Microsoft account)?

    Manage your payment options online

    If that doesn't work. I would suggest contacting an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    And when i try to add the credit card on my Xbox 360 it says "Cannot authorize the selected payment, Please select another payment method or add a new one".
