cannot add a new card, my card does not have a name on it

It is required to have a name entered on the box provided. If this is a prepaid card please check the instructions provided in regards to adding the prepaid card on websites such as Microsoft.

Actually it does cannot be used for subscriptions just for doc and games and add-ons

Even Sony products use subscription cards and currency cards and currency cards cannot be used for subscriptions

i cannot add my credit card from over seas it wont accept it. What now? is there a way to bypass the whole being in Korea because i cannot add a new card it will always tell me that its unvalid

Now the thing is, I do have a working credit card, but I cannot update my old one, or add this new one to update my membership..

A credit card cannot be removed from your account while you have a Gold membership. However, if you're replacing it with a different card because it's expiring then head to commerce.microsoft.com and add the new card there then set it as your Primary. From
there you'll be able to remove the older card.
