Cannot activate my prepaid Xbox live code

Every time I enter my Xbox live code, it says something went wrong.. I am assuming my account is blocked or something because Xbox Live Status are online and working, even though I tried it online and through my Xbox. Help would be appreciated!

Do you currently have Xbox Live Gold to the account now or you still trying to activate the prepaid code

Sorry to hear about the issue. What is the specific error message you get and is it accompanied by an error code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide us with? Alternatively, you can provide us with a full screen image of the error page you get
on either console or Xbox.com. In the meantime, I'd head over to your
Microsoft Commerce account and make sure that you have all the proper fields filled out, including your address and a billing address. Lack of information there can sometimes cause code redemption issues.

Thanks for that info! While we look into it, can you try the suggestion I gave previously? As I said before, if you don't have a proper billing account listed, that can sometimes affect code redemption.

HI, the billing info is filled out, and is the same billing info as the one I used to purchase the Xbox from the store, which is the AU - Personal Account.

Thank you! After using the migration tool, I was able to activate my code. Somehow my account wasn't in the same region I was. Thanks again!
