Cannot access xbox ambassadors page

I've been ambassador since it first launched a few years ago. I went onto the page to check my stats, all fine, but when i click on a link to check other stuff it says I'm not an ambassador, please apply to be one, i clicked on apply and it takes me back
to the home page showing all my ambassador stats. Could someone please help me with this problem as it is preventing me from helping people in ambassador chat and signing up for the enforcement united beta.

To gain access to the Ambassadors Forums you will need the Ambassadors Badge.

You don't have the badge at the moment, therefore you cannot access the Ambassadors Forums.

As already mentioned by WPAK, you will have to wait until everything is sorted.

Xbox Community Level not earning XP

I've joined Xbox Live Ambassadors and have participated in the Enforcement United program and answered questions from the Ambassabank for a few days, but I've yet to earn any XP. I also cannot access the Ambassador Forums, which is why I'm posting here.
Every time I try to, the page says 'Group Not Found.'

 

Please contact one of the Xbox Support staff on the forums here and they will be able to help you with this issue. Just send one of them a PM

 

If someone from Support could help please I just want this fixed. BUMP

 

crolladder, instead of bumping (which happens to do the opposite of what you think. Support looks for post that have not been responded to by date. When you"bump" a post, it ends up back on the bottom of the pile.) why don't you just do like Kiesey78 said

You were likely removed from the ambassador program due to a period of inactivity. Send a PM to someone like Miss Ermine and they can get you reinstated.

 

Miss Ermine is not around anymore, you'd actually need to PM Mister Fizzle or Mister Fitzer.

 

HomegrownSilky, there is no need to be rude I was just updating my post so hopefully i do get a reply from support.I have messaged some support members but have had no reply yet. I think you should try helping somewhere else instead of scoring points mate.

Thanks Smwutches I have sent them a message and will see what they can do as I've had no luck with Xbox Support as they say it is a problem to do with the Enforcement team as they run the ambassador program.

 

I wasn't trying to be rude at all. Just posting the facts. If points were all I was concerned with I would have marked my reply as a suggested answer but I was just trying to point you in the right direction. I didn't realize that Miss Ermine was gone
so sorry for the wrong info.

The enforcement team not only have nothing to do with the ambassador program as far as I know but either way, they don't read these forums except for the Suspension and Ban page.

But that page is only for finding out why you were suspended or banned. You will just have to wait for a response from the official support you have messaged.
