    Cannot access xbox 1 account.


    Please can you help me. My son logged out of his xbox one account by accident. We cant log back in as we dont remember the password for the email address or phone used during initial set up. I may have used a different dob during set up too which I dont
    recall either!!! My son is devastated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cannot access xbox 1 account.

    Not knowing the password is not a problem as we have recovery for that. But you have to know the account name. Have you ever signed into this account on a computer using the Microsoft site or the Xbox site? It may sign you in automatically, in which
    case, you will have the email. Try using different emails at account.microsoft.com if an email is not attached to an account it will not let you get past that screen. If the email is attached to the account it will take you to the password page and there
    is a recovery option on that page.

    Try going onto account.live.com and clicking on cannot access your account and do a PW reset. if this does not work you can call Xbox support at 1-800-469-9269.
