    Cannot Access to "My Xbox" and cannot add friends on Games For Windows Live


    Hello,

    I can't access to "My Xbox" rubric on xbox.com, I've got this error page: the live.xbox.com page doesn't work, live.xbox.com redirect you in too many time, try to delet cookies ( I've tried and it doesn't work).

    Furthermore, I wanted to add my friend on Games For Windows Live to play with him but I can't: I have to give the password of my parental account, after giving the password, I have this error message: unable to connect with identification informations Windows
    live ID (translated from french). to counter this error, I've changed my age on my account and i took of my parental account to "my family" but I still have the same step to add my friend and it still doesn't work.

    Can't Access Account

    My friend has a problem connecting to XBOX Live. This is the problem:

    I can sign into my XBOX live profile but I cannot add any friends. I can play games online and access my messages. I cannot edit my parental settings because I am using a Google mail account instead of using a Windows Live address. So basically he cannot
    add any friend because of the parental settings because it wont let him log on through Gmail which he accidentaly set up because he didn't realise it.

    So, how would he resolve this problem?

    Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you Cannot Access to "My Xbox" and cannot add friends on Games For Windows Live :)

    Can't add friends

    And what ratio do you have between "Friends" and "Followers"? If you add to much people and this ratio too big you cannot add more and will freeze your friends list.

    This might not be related but I had to add both of my sons again as friends to my Xbox live account with their Microsoft Xbox live accounts. The problem I am having is when launch Minecraft on Windows 10, I host the game. They can see me now and access
    the game on LAN sharing but when they go to get in, it says Access not allowed. (All of us running Windows 10) If they host a Minecraft game I cannot access but they can access each other.

    The issue just started happening since the last update from patch Tuesday. Maybe the underlying issue is with the Microsoft Live account.

    I have found through the Xbox app for my android phone I have been able to add friends to my ingame friends list. also I have realized that to have friends that are on my Xbox friends list they have to be added to my Xbox 360 friends list to appear as friends
    in my games. I do not understand why I cannot just add friends in game through the Windows 10 game screen.

    I am also finding that I cannot sign into my xbox app and cannot play the games. It has only happened recently and means that I cannot access it. I am on Windows 10 on a lap top.
