Cannot access to mi Xbox live account

Ive been trying to connect a couple a days ago, but keeps telling me that there an error 0x80bd0006.

plase help me! I thought was temporal or was my network, but I even tried to check my subscription and the same errors come

through.

Xbox Live Confusion?

Xbox Live is free.

You can make a Gold account, or a Silver account.

The Gold account gives you access to access to play online, along with free monthly games and weekly deals. This has a fee.

The Silver account gives you access to Xbox Live and apps, but you just can't play online or get the free games. This is free.

 

XBL free trial

I used the XBL free trial certificate on my new xbox one but am unable to access multiplayer functionality. Received the error message that "account cannot access this server on xbox live".

I cannot access xbox live even after entering the information

Maybe a profile problem , try this , go into settins and accounts and remove all the profiles (make sure you have the email and password to get them back) then shut down the console by holding the Xbox logo for 8 seconds till it powers down , also unplug
your mom and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , when the modem and router are back online , start up the Xbox , when it comes all the way up , re add the profile....it may sync a little while but all should be good afterwards. .
