Cannot access the STORE on XBOX ONE

I can see the STORE tab on my home screen but when I try to move my controller over the tab it skips right over it. It's crazy but it's been like that since I got the One for Christmas. Any suggestions?

Since i changed my region to belgium i am no longer able to access the ingame store of the call of dut ghosts game. I can however go online to multiplay... Help anyone??

Since i changed my xbox one region to belgium i no longer have access to the add on part of the xbox live store call of duty ghosts dlc. I cannot buy the season pass nor can i access the ingame store... I only get: an error has occurred... Help?

Cannot Access Store on XB1

I folks, looking for some help here. As of the past few days, I've been unable to access any content from the store or games with gold on my xbox1.

Any time a try I keep getting an error msg 0x800700d8 and a prompt to update or uninstall the app which I've tried but unsuccessfully.

Can anyone help please as its getting so frustrating.

 

Power reset the console

hold xbox button on front of console till xbox turns off.

Pull the power cord out of the back and leave off for 30 seconds

plug it back in and turn on, wait for the system to fully boot up

Check the store tab again.

if it doesn't work, you may need to do a factory reset(this will delete all games, apps and saves). You will need to reinstall everything

Well the easy way didn't work. If I do the factory reset I'll lose all my progress on games? Even games like HUT on NHL?

 

Hey, SlickFoal526892! All game saves are saved on the Cloud. As long as they are not corrupt (really, really rare) then factory resetting will not remove these. They should be safe.

 

Try A Dash Refresh By Hitting LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X on Your XBOX One Controller.
