Cannot access the store functions at all.

So, I saw that the images for the Free for Gold panel on my dashboard had changed and decided to check and see if there was anything new. But when I clicked on it, it gave me an error message saying "You need to install the game or app for this; Make sure
you're signed in to Xbox Live, and look for it in the store." I rebooted the console completely, that did nothing to change the problem. And I can't use anything that bring me to the store because it gives me that same error. Any ideas? Should I just wipe
the drive and start fresh? (I'd rather not, but I can't see how to fix this...) All my games seem to work fine, as well as all online features... It's freakin' killing me! ^_^

Can't buy anything, or access 'Payment and Billing'

I cannot seem to be able to buy anything at all on the xbox live store or on the website. I cannot access 'Payment and Billing' either, in both cases, it just say ' Something went wrong' with no error code at all.

Please help, this is really frustrating

1st Name and Last Name Greyed Out on the "Contact Support" Form.

This means you cannot access their contact support function. All my contact details are on my Account.

this is clearly a simple method of stopping most people from obtaining access to their support.

Sorry to hear it. If a power cycle of the console didn't work try deleting your gamertag from the console, power cycling it again then redownload it. See if that helps.

I figured out I had to switch consoles using the remote function. I still would like to know how to remove the other console so that I cannot access it at all.

Are you getting any errors? Try to provide some images of this problem if possible.

Try power cycling your Xbox:

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. Once the console is off, turn it back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or controller.

I have tried everything on that list.

I cannot even access powershell commands on the PC. I've resolved to return the laptop to HP and have them wipe the SSD and install windows clean, because at best all the official Microsoft fixes have done is make it impossible to use any microsoft "Application" at all.

The corrupted file has no path in my registry and gives itself weird superadmin privileges that prevent anyone from taking access even running powershell commands or DOS.

I attempted removing the corrupted app folder and all microsoft store apps immediately ceased to function, even after replacing the registry file.

Everything else works fine on the PC, I can install any 3rd party program, have full administrative access, except to devadmin functions like powershell, just cant do anything that requires the system to write in WindowsApps
