1. Cannot access the "My Account" Page. Runtime Error

I am trying to access the My Account page on xbox.com and I cannot due to a runtime error with the following

    Server Error in '/' Application.

    Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed
by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors>
tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

Not sure what I can do about this, I have tried different browsers, incognito browsing as well as clearing the cache of my browsers. Any help or support?

    :)

  2. Runtime error

All of my security proofs are up to date. I restarted my browser and cleared my history and waited a minute before selecting my account and it did not work and gave me the runtime error. I then logged in with my galaxy s4 with WIFI turned OFF. It still gave
me the runtime error. If it helps any my account is on the 2 year $99 xbox 360 contract. They had been having billing issues that past few months but recently fixed it. But I still cannot access my account without the runtime error.

    Hello,

have you performed an account migration lately or changed the settings of your live account? Both these changes can lead temporarily to the error you are experiencing

    Xbox Live Beta Forum Access

I can't access the forums at all, If I try to login and load the forums with the account I used to join the beta. I get a runtime error page. And I can't access the beta forums because this account isn't currently signed up.
