Cannot access Store from Xbox

Discus and support Cannot access Store from Xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Whenever I try to access the store from Xbox homepage I get an error saying the page cannot be loaded.     Cannot access Store from Xbox


    Whenever I try to access the store from Xbox homepage I get an error saying the page cannot be loaded. I can still access all my games and apps and go online using the browser. There are no issues with my network or internet and I can still get to the store
    from another device. Error code given is 0x8013153B but searching the code yields no results. How can restore the store?

    Cannot access Store from Xbox

    Hey there!

    Just to clarify, are you seeing this error on your Xbox One console, or is this error occurring through a browser on your PC?

    If it's on browser, I would recommend that you check that the Xbox.com locale is set to the region you're physically located in. You can change that
    here!

    If the error is on the Xbox One console, please make sure your Xbox One console region is set to the region you're physically located in through the Xbox One 'System' settings. You can find steps for that under the 'How to change your country/region on Xbox
    One' group on our
    Xbox Live region support     page.

    Thanks for your advice. I checked the location in my Xbox settings and my region is set correctly to New Zealand.

    I asked my wife to check using her profile and she doesn't have the same problem.

    Is is it possible for the store to get 'stuck' on a bad page? not that I can recall the last game I browsed.

    So your console is correctly set to New Zealand, does your Xbox Live account region reflect that? If you're not sure, you can try running your account through the
    account migration process and then trying again. Sometimes region mismatches can do weird things so making sure everything is set correctly is important.

    Are you getting any errors? Try to provide some images of this problem if possible.

    Try power cycling your Xbox:

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. Once the console is off, turn it back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or controller. ​​​
