Cannot Access Saved Game "March of Empires" since game updated on April 1 2023

Description: Not able to access saved game after MoE game update.

Did you connect your game to any social network? Yes Microsoft Account

Have you tried re-connecting? Yes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times

Saved game is currently working (VERY slowly) on a 13yr old PC but cannot get the same game to load on my regular PC

Have been able to access apa:1506f7 on a slow old PC, (with about 24hours data lost) but cannot get MoE to work on regular PC since latest update

Please, make sure you're connecting to the correct social network account. Yes, I only have 1 windows account

Did you change devices recently? NO I have been using a Core i5 10400F Windows 11 PC for 2 years - since May 2021. Latest update on April 1 2023 stopped MoE working on my regular PC.

I am still able to play MoE on my 13 year old “Athlon II X64” Windows 10

When was the last time you played with your good progress? Can currently login and set 3 day shield on 13 year old PC, but playability almost zero on old PC

What exactly happens when you access or launch the game after the update on your regular PC? Are you getting any error code or error message?

How about your other games? Are you able to play your other games just fine?

Be sure to login your correct account from the Xbox app and Microsoft Store.

Don't forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

Hi, yes the game challenges can be played at later dates, that way if you cannot access the game for that date, then you can anytime after.

Thanks Stuart...could you tell me how I can go back to a previous month? Obviously I can find March 1 on March 30, but how do I get March 31 on April 14 for example?

First, thank you so much for contacting us regarding your inquiry/ concern.

System switches DO NOT reset all at once. These reset individually meaning you will receive 1 Share when a year has passed from the time you used the first one.

Example: If you used one on March 20th, 2022, and then used another one on April 12th, 2022, you will receive ONE share on March 20th, 2023, and another on April 12, 2023.

These do not reset all at once. Sadly these cannot be reset or added so you'll need to wait for your next share to become available.

Since the March update I have been unable to record with Game DVR. But since getting the April preview I am unable to use Game DVR at all. I have done all suggested methods to resolve this but nothing has worked.
