Cannot access preview forums

i have the new Xbox one preview dashboard and i cannot get to my friends list and all of the other thing on the dashboard and when I tried to report this it said that I was not an Xbox preview program member but i was.

Hi, i am part of the preview program however i cannot access the forums it gives me a message saying group not found.

Please help

You may move over to this thread
forums.xbox.com/.../4953752.aspx and pick the post by "UrbanizedTree" and send him a PM as he is one of the program managers in charge to grant you access to the preview forums.

To send him a PM please click on the little envelope at the bottom of his post. Be aware that the answer may take some time and my be provided via the forums pm system. You can find your forum pms at the forums home page at the very bottom.

when I went to the thread that you posted it still said group cannot be found so I don't know what going on

 

Never mind I probably fix the problem I had to sign out and sign back in again

You're all good to go with accessing the
Xbox One Update Preview forums now. Hit up that link and if you see any issues such as "Group Not Found", create a new thread and let us know
