    Cannot access preview forums

    when I went to the thread that you posted it still said group cannot be found so I don't know what going on

    Hi, i am part of the preview program however i cannot access the forums it gives me a message saying group not found.

    Please help

    Looks like you already have the roles to access our Preview Program forums, shoot me a private message on the forums if you continue experiencing

    Cannot access Preview Forum

    You may move over to this thread
    forums.xbox.com/.../4953752.aspx     and pick the post by "UrbanizedTree" and send him a PM as he is one of the program managers in charge to grant you access to the preview forums.

    To send him a PM please click on the little envelope at the bottom of his post. Be aware that the answer may take some time and my be provided via the forums pm system. You can find your forum pms at the forums home page at the very bottom.

    Once you are approved it will take 3 to 4 days, how long as it been since you received the app and installed it.
