    I have a current Xbox live six month Game Pass which was paid for in December 2018. Despite this being paid, the Xbox Home screen is telling me that the Game Pass membership expires tomorrow. I have verified my payment, I can access Game Pass games that
    I have already downloaded, but I cannot access or browse games from the Game Pass that I have not downloaed. Attempts to contact support staff have been unsuccessfulCannot access PAID Game Pass content. :(

    to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One     page to remove and re-add the account to the console to make sure this isn't an error on the account itself. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

    Try removing your profile and then reload it. If that doesn't work try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of

    Please read my question BEOFRE answering. I paid for a bunch of digital content over the past couple of years. As of right now I cannot access ANY OF IT. Microsoft owes me compensation for deliberately denying me access to content I paid for. OR even better give me access to my content.

    If you paid for the content and cannot access it after you've troubleshooted it, they'll probably give you a refund. There shouldn't be a part 2.
