    I cannot access that type of thing If you are trying to do such a thing I would suggest contacting a xbox support for that ambassadors are volunteers so we cannot access such things

    Have you tried simply clearing the cache and temp files on the explorer your using? I use firefox and that error happened to me once, clearing the cache worked for me.
