    Cannot access my xbox live account!!!


    I literally cannot sign in to xbox LIVE on my Xbox One. Everytime I try to change my sign-in preferences to lock down my account, it sends me back to the home screen and nothing changes. Even my older brother has trouble
    and he believes someone is trying to hack our xbox live accounts. is there a way to change sign in preferences on the PC so as to switch from keypass to Lockdown.
    I need some serious help here!

    XBL free trial

    I used the XBL free trial certificate on my new xbox one but am unable to access multiplayer functionality. Received the error message that "account cannot access this server on xbox live".

    your gonna need to call tech support most likely or chat with them, its a very bad thing if two accounts are on one email
