    Cannot Access My Xbox Live Account, my hdd says (0) Profiles


    Today after accessing my account once before earlier today

    I tried to access it again. Was not able to.

    This is the 2nd time where my Profile disappeared, but this time I can't

    even download my profile, said xbox live couldn't download at this time.

    I don't know if my account has been hacked or what

    a friend said it may have.

    Help, please!

    I cannot access my xbox live account..

    It just says Windows Live ID invalid.

    Gold on 360 and One

    Hi all,

    So the situation is this. My eldest had a 360 in his bedroom and younger two have one downstairs. Eldest has gold against his profile and one of my other lad has gold on his profile downstairs.

    I'm buying Xbox one for Christmas to replace the 360 downstairs. I will put this against my profile and I've read that all profiles on the One can use the gold access. So far so good.

    I've also read that this same live account running on the One can be used on another 360. So My question is, can my eldest son use my Xbox live gold on his 360 but against his gamer profile? I'm guessing not and to access live gold on his own profile he''ll need his own gold account?

    Probably not described it very well but basically can we have just one gold account between a One and a 360 where only my eldest will use the360 with his own gamer profile.

    I Am New To X-Box LIVE, How do I connect to it using my xbox 360?

    Or can I just put in the Hard Drive of my original x box into the new one and have the local profile? Or the original xbox HDD cannot fit into the new one so that is why i need the cable. One last thing: when i CONNECT to xbox live via the console, does
    my xbox live account have all the saved games and achievmenmts and gamerscore points as my local profile, or do i have to start from scratch? And as you see my xbox live account only has 0 G but my local has 5000 G. Thank you for all your help.

    TENURE WENT TO 0 AFTER ACCOUNT MIGRATION

    I have the same problem, i migrate my account (Chile) to U.S and my tenure went to 0. My actual profile has been in Xbox live since 2010. I also have other issues, for example i can´t delete or move my profile from the HDD, i have 17 arcade games in my library
    but sometimes doesn´t show me anythig and to fix it i need to delete the HDD cache. All this problems appeared after i migrate my account.

    Hi men im from Chile and i have the same problem. I've been in Xbox live for 2 years and now than i migrate my account from Chile to USA they reset my tenure to 0.

    I can't even delete my profile from the HDD it really sucks

    My Xbox 360 device is not permanently banned, I can still access the internet and Xbox live with my second account on the console, so that’s not my issue. My issue is that I cannot add/download my old, very first Xbox live profile/account to my Xbox 360 because the ACCOUNT is permanently banned, not the console. And again, this is not a password issue. I still have full access to the associated Microsoft account and still use it very frequently, I just want to be able to download my profile and access my old game saves OFFLINE, but I can’t because it stops the profile from downloading because it’s banned
