Cannot access my XBox account anymore

Hello,

I used to have a single account that I used for my XBox 360 console, and purely for that. This account is registered on an email to which I no longer have access, but I still have my credentials for this account.

I haven't logged in on this account for a pretty long time, and today I actually wanted to try and login again to play some games again. However when I try to connect to XBox Live with it, I receive an error code and I'm told to login on the XBox website
with my account. So I do this, and then I get the error message saying that this account might be used by someone else and need to verify, despite me entering the correct credentials.

So the system is asking me a bunch of question to things I simply I have no access to anymore. The result, the account now got blocked by the system because I cannot answer the questions like creditcard used (this was 6 years ago, that card is no longer
valid or around, Skype conversations and emails sent)

Like I remember what I did 6 years ago with this account.

All I wanted to do way play some Mass Effect.

And no, I will not make a new account cause I'm not going to repurchase all DLCs and Season Passes for the games I own.

Connecting Facebook account.

hi there. I previously connected a Facebook account to a xbox gamertag that I cannot access anymore, but when I try to connect it to the new gamertag it tells me that my Facebook account is linked to another xbox account. Like I mentioned earlier, I do not
have access to that account anymore, and I don't seem to find the access on Xbox via the Facebook website. What can I do to still find my friends and connect my account? Thank you in advance.
