    Cannot access My Games and Apps


    It just wont open. Cant play anything that's not on the dashboard currently.

    Cannot access My Games and Apps

    Press and hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds.

    Make sure it's plugged into the wall outlet.

    when trying to instal gaming services for xbox on my windows 10 pc it will nearly download and then fail to install is there any fixes to help with this?

    for trying to access the repair tool I cannot load up my xbox app as it prompts me to update my gaming services and will not allow me to access the app

    I am also finding that I cannot sign into my xbox app and cannot play the games. It has only happened recently and means that I cannot access it. I am on Windows 10 on a lap top.
