    Cannot access Iris pack content on Laptop


    I bought the Iris pack for Fortnite in Microsoft store. I play Fortnite on my laptop. The content didn't download to the laptop. I can see that I own the content but how do I get it on my laptop. There is no option to download or install to the laptop.
    The laptop is registered in my Microsoft account.

    What type of GPU do you havr

    Discrete or dedicated

    A new laptop can have anything like a nvidia or Vega or Radeon or iRIS

    If it is an Intel iris then you will run into thatnproblen alot

    Iris is a discrete apu not an good you it is seriously underpowered Athlon or AMD c series or pentium or Celeron are also new cpus but for budget

    Saying you've have a near new laptop doesn't mean anything without specs you could.have a surface book or chrome book

    And you would be underpowered

    Laptop keeps restarting or freezing when I open roblox. Anyone have that issue?

    It happens on my laptop as well. It started after a firmware update

    laptop specs:

    i7 1165g7

    intel iris xe integrated

    dell Inspiron 5406

    windows 22h2

    roblox version:2.604.491.0

    It might, depends on which one you have. The system requirements were created before Iris was on on market. What specific laptop do you have?

    I don't recommend running any game, especially one this demanding, on a laptop.
