    Cannot access Home, Friends and Store...


    Hey everyone, I am unable to access my home , Friends or Store pages. Only thing available are my pins. The Pins tab is white and the other three are light grey. When I try to move over to the Home screen it reverts to the Pins page automatically. Anyone
    know a fix for this? Thanks !

    Cloud storage loads at friends house not at mine

    Have not had access to my cloud for a month now. Went to a friends house loaded my profile and it has access there. What is the issue that I cannot access it at home

    No friends hub on home screen?

    Hi,

    Long time 360 user just upgraded to XOne.

    I seem to be missing the 'friends hub' from my home screen. I can see Pins, Home and Store but no friends?

    The only way to access friends list is to go to home, click snap and I get a list of friends.

    Is that the only way into friends list? On 360 I could click the xbox button and select 'friends', this seems a little long winded.

    Any help appreciated.

    Cannot access Home, Friends and Store...

    Try the following:

    Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers off.

    Wait for the light on the power supply brick to turn orange

    Press the power button on your console again to boot it back up

    Is the issue solved or do you see the same problem?

    Are you getting any errors? Try to provide some images of this problem if possible.

    Try power cycling your Xbox:

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. Once the console is off, turn it back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or controller. ​​​

    error code 80004005 when downloading profile

    Hey I just read your problem and this is what I've managed to find on the support website: "If you’re seeing this message and error code, it means that you cannot access the Games Store or the Apps Store through your Xbox 360 console. Some Internet connection
    types and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) cannot provide access to the Games Store or the Apps Store. Note We are aware of this issue and working with the affected ISPs to resolve the problem."

    The only solution I can think of is downloading your profile at another location that uses a different ISP (maybe a friend's house).
