    Hi I purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on the 1st of April. However, it got 'cancelled' - the charge appears on my bank account... i cannot access Game Pass? Why is this? I didn't arrange or authorise this to be cancelled? - It has been proving
    impossible to get onto someone to discuss this with me or assist in solving the problem??.. Help.
