Cannot access gamepass perks

I cannot view game pass perks. Doesn't matter what device I try (series X, one S, pc, mobile), i get the message "cannot show game pass perks right now".

This has been happening ever since I got GPU, about a year ago.

edit: was advised by MS phone support to use a VPN on my mobile, set it to the US and try that way. It did not work.

Gamepass perks only apply to the account holder

Home console only applies the gold benefits and access to gamepass games EXCEPT for ea games which is a gamepass perk

DO NOT cancel gamepass ultimate since you are upgraded time nor can it be transferred

You forfeit any upgraded time and are only refunded the purchased xgu which I'm guessing iss 1 dollar upgrade

Huh gamepass games are the same as ultimate. And no he doesnt get ultimate perks

Perks like ea play Ubisoft plus and cloud are only subscriber perks of that's what you mean those are perks

As you need to.roam for.those

EA play and ubisoft plus.are registered to your account.and are.seperate accounts

Cloud is roaming since its not.a locally installed game.but.a console in .cloud

He only gets gamepass games and multiplayer access not cloud ea play or Ubisoft

Once your gamepass expires you cannot access the games downloaded for free on gamepass.

All Ubisoft games on PC Gamepass must install Uplay and use that to download the game and DLC. Gamepass only acts for authentication

Oh you mean Ubisoft Connect - not called UPlay anymore.

Sure, it must be installed and connected to Gamepass.

But then Gamepass hands off to Connect for many things.

I cannot find perks in Connect, only in Gamepass.
