Cannot access game features/content due to unknown restriction

Thanks for all the help but nothing i have found so far covers the issue i have encountered i think it is a glitch or error with the account so how would i go about getting this fixed

You can change the settings directly on your xbox or on the xbox website

Ive tried looking but i cannot find a setting that changes this and it is getting really frustrating for both of us could anyone tell me where this setting might be

Hi, I think that your account is a "child account" with some limitation set by your parents (or another adult account)

Probably there is a limitation related to some xbox live contents and you will need the adult account to give permission to your account in order to use them

The setting is parental controls and content filters. If you have a look in the settings section you should find it, and can change them through a custom setup to fit you, and your child's needs.
