Cannot Access Game DVR "On this PC" section in Xbox App

Discus and support Cannot Access Game DVR "On this PC" section in Xbox App in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've had this issue since about forever. When I go to the Game DVR tab on the Xbox App under the On this PC section, I get the error "Something went... Discussion in 'XBoX Games and Apps' started by Bosound, Jul 31, 2016.

    Cannot Access Game DVR "On this PC" section in Xbox App


    I've had this issue since about forever. When I go to the Game DVR tab on the Xbox App under the On this PC section, I get the error "Something went wrong with loading this info. Try again later. The parameter is incorrect."

    Even when I go to the settings tab and try selecting the Game DVR section it says "Something went wrong. Try again later." I've tried googling for answers, but no one seems to have the problem I'm facing. I have a GTX 970 so I know my PC meets the requirements.

    Cant join clubs or make them on pc.

    Which part of the Privacy section? Also Brad this effects the xbox app as a whole, going through the xbox app itself I cannot create or join any xbox groups. It also doesn't work in forza but I think it's a side effect of the xbox app not working.

    Viewing captures uploaded on console, on PC.

    "1. Open the Xbox app on your PC.

    2. Click on the "Game DVR" tab.

    3. Click on the "On Xbox Live" tab.

    4. Select the "See all" option to view all your captures.

    5. If you still cannot see your captures, try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in to your account."

    Xbox app is open on my PC, signed in with the only account I use on both PC and Xbox, and no where do I see a "game dvr" tab...

    BTW.... XBOX RECORD THAT is 30 seconds... the standard looped video catch is cut down in sections up to 5 minutes and is accessible though XBOX GOTO GAME DVR

    Normally, the Activity feed section in the Xbox app shows you all in-game activities, recorded games, and achievements that you unlocked. If you're using the Xbox app on your phone, it will not show that you're watching videos from the
    Youtube app or from other apps. The same goes if you're watching videos from your computer unless you recorded it using the Game DVR feature in the Xbox app. Any video clips recorded using the Game DVR will show up in the Activity feed section.

    Cannot connect to MS game servers for Halo MCC or Halo Infinite since last year. Am I Banned somewhere?

    Oh yeah and I cannot access the Xbox app on PC. No matter how many accounts I create I cannot sign into the Xbox PC app only on my Phone. Again... the PC is shadow banned somewhere.
