Cannot access free game with gold

Discus and support Cannot access free game with gold in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to download the free game with gold, Red Faction Guerilla, today, but on the xbox it just shows the buttons for pin and rate, no download...     Cannot access free game with gold


    I tried to download the free game with gold, Red Faction Guerilla, today, but on the xbox it just shows the buttons for pin and rate, no download button. Likewise, I've tried to go through the xbox marketplace website, but it says it's not available in my
    region. This is quite odd, as my region is definitely the US. Is there some sort of problem on your end?

    Xbox Live Gold cancelled

    Hi, my account says that my Xbox live gold membership has been cancelled. I cannot access deals or free games with gold, however I can still join Xbox live parties and join online games.

    Free X360 Games on XONE with Gold

    I simply cannot access free gold x360 games on xbox one. Store tells me to pay 50 pln for rainbow six vegas 2 which should be free.

    Did someone have this problem?

    Does your account region actually reflect your actual location if not that would be why

    Territories and military bases don't count

    Bases use foreign isps unless you are in the dod network there was a deal with ms about the dod network I if you ask your base commander

    Well, I'd double checked last night, and my region was the correct (US) region. Upon giving it a shot this morning, it seems to have resolved itself. How, I have no clue.

    I'd checked that last night, and my physical location matched my actual, US for both. It does seem to have resolved itself as of this morning, so who knows.

    I have looked at those Knowledge Bases but all require me to have GOLD access on my Xbox.

    I cannot access the 'Account' tile as a 'FREE' member so I cannot do this.

    Gold can be used on both consoles so long as your are using the same gamertag. EA Access allows free play of games within the EA Access Vault on the Xbox One only and cannot be shared to other gamertags via the Home settings
