    Cannot access Fable 2 on xbox one


    Raised a support call as I am having issues accessing Fable 2 on my X-BoX One as it does not show as available to download; support agent suggested posting issue here.

    The game shows in my purchase history on xbox.com with a purchase date of 29/09/2009; as this date is before the migration to currency based purchases and was completed with Microsoft Points it does not show on commerce.microsoft.com.

    I can download and play this game using the add to queue feature in my purchase history on my 360 but this feature does not allow me to use the same method to access the game on the xbox one.

    If I go to the games page through any means on console or website without using this download method the marketplace wants me to buy the game again and reports a release date for the game of 06/04/2010. This would seem to imply that the game was removed
    from the marketplace and readded at some point possibly due to an update but my digital entitlement did not carry over.

    Fable 2 DLC issues

    I have the Fable 2 Collectors Edition Disc and play the game fine but I can't access my Xbox 360 special content. I added the code for the Fable 2 Master Chief Armor and sword on Fable 2 launch and was able to use on the Xbox 360 but can't access it on the
    Xbox One. The DLC isn't listed in the DLC menu and I can't access the Xbox One Xbox360 Emulator download history to download the content to the Xbox One.

    i'm trying to get fable 2 but i wont even let my buy it. gut i could get fable 3. if you could help me get it some how that would be really appreciated

    Fable 3: great- fable 1 + 2: ?

    For me, Fable 2 was the most interesting and in-depth of the series. Fable I simply had too many flaws to be enjoyable, and this showed in how much Fable 2 out-paced it's predecessor. Fable 3 just seems like a shallow experience to me. It's fun, and the
    story is well thought-out, but the game-play is just not as enjoyable as Fable 2. Fable 3 felt like it was rushed to market, missing some of the features that made Fable 2 so interesting to play (like a wide assortment of foodstuffs one could access easily,
    or the vast assortment of hodgepodge clothing). Combat in Fable 3 is a bit too easy compared to Fable 2 as well. This does make it more accessible to younger audiences, but that is not necessarily a good thing. If you enjoyed Fable 3, I can say you will
    most likely really love Fable 2. Fable 1 may be worth a try, if you learn about the pitfalls and how to avoid or minimize them. Fair warning, there are some game-breaking bugs in Fable 1, so be absolutely sure to read up on some FAQs about it.
