cannot access early access forums, xbox one will not play game discs after xbox preview update

hello, i just got off the phone with xbox support, case #[Mod removed]I recently received an update from the xbox preview dashboard program and after the update installed i was no longer able to play any game discs on my xbox one. Xbox support tried to clear
the system cache and doing an update rollback but we had no success. Support told me to post here on the forums to receive feedback on how to get into the early access forums so that my issue may be seen & hopefully resolved. i also posted on xbox twitter
page as well.

Please may I have access?

I have registered to preview Xbox One updates but still get a "Group not found" error I try to access the private Xbox One Early Access Forum. Can you please give me an access to the Private preview Forum.

If you've registered to preview Xbox One updates but still get a “Group Not Found” error when you try to access the private Xbox One Early Access forum, your registration probably hasn't been processed yet. Once it goes through, you should receive
access to the private Xbox Early Access forum within two business days.'

If you do not have forum access by then, please let us know and a mod will give you access. When you have access you can visit the forum at the link below.

the main support team are monitoring the forums so will be able to sort your forum access out once they see your message. You will then be able to post in the preview area to get the support you need.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do at the moment - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
