Cannot access content in Films & Tv

I am trying to watch prison break, a series that I purchased and own and I am getting an error code 0x80190191 saying "Can't perform the requested action because access requires a user name and password". I am logged in and own the content I am trying
to play, I purchased it from the xbox store. So why can I not access it?

The problem is no longer occuring today. It must have been linked to the xbox core services outage. It was happening with all episodes including ones I had already watched.

Is this still occurring? Is it a specific episode or is it happening with all episodes?

I have already tried restarting the console, uninstalling and reinstalling the content, both of these made no difference.

I have been watching episodes of the show without issue for days, however today I am now encountering this error code all of a sudden and can not access the content.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully regain access to what you purchased from the store. I can totally understand how this could be pretty frustrating. I suggest removing and redownloading your account as outlined in our support

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.
