Discus and support cannot access chat - all info is complete in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; can anyone suggets what teh hell is wrong with chat.     can anyone suggets what teh hell is wrong with chat. Shows my 1st and last name as tempy and i cant access chat because of that.. Personal info and billing info both have my name

    There was a problem with the update

    I am in the Preview Alpha program and when I turned on my system today the message on my screen said "There was a problem with the update" Tried several times to complete update, powered the console off/on several times. Will not complete the update so I
    cannot do anything online. Chat support told me to report a problem thru the console, but obviously that won't work and they gave me a link to this thread to post this issue.

    Error code 0x80072EFD 0x00000000 0x00000206

    ISP is Windstream ( chat support told me to include ISP info)

    Unfortunately, you cannot access the chat logs in a party chat the only way someone would be able to access the chat logs if a person's account was reported for violating community guidelines and their account is up for being temporarily being banned.
    But even then the person would still not have access to the chat logs.
