    Cannot Access/Change Xbox Windows 10 Online Safety Settings?


    As the title, I cannot access the settings for Onine Safety

    If I go to the Privacy & Online safety page and try to access "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety"

    I get the message "We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later."

    I have tried accessing the page from different browsers and different machines.

    This is has prevented me from accessing most online features in Microsoft's games, and is starting to get annoying.

    If anyone can help on how to solve this, it would be appreciated.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Have you attempted to change the privacy & online safety settings by using a different browser or device? The article entitled, "Troubleshoot
    changing online safety or privacy settings on Xbox One    " contains information on how to change the privacy & online safety settings through a browser. This also applies for Windows 10. Once you access the settings, you will see an option that states, "Xbox
    One/Windows 10..." Be sure to let us know the results!

    View activity is set to "Allow", link takes me to the Privacy and Online Safety page through the browser, but getting the same issue.

    I'm still getting the "We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later." message when I click on the middle tab for Windows 10 devices online safety.

    I have tried this, The family Group only lists me, no linked accounts and it tells me I am the Organizer.

    Is there a way for me to verify my age, or could another adult account alter the settings of the organizer/my account?
