Cannot access backwards compatibility

Discus and support Cannot access backwards compatibility in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm having trouble accessing the backwards compability function for my xbox one because I foud out that I can play xbox 360 games through this feature...     I'm having trouble accessing the backwards compability function for my xbox one because I foud out that I can play xbox 360 games through this feature but I cannot find it do I have to download it

    Does Xbox one play Xbox 360 games?

    Nope no backwards compatibility. The Xbone has completely different hardware and cannot play 360 titles.

    Cannot access backwards compatibility

    You can access the feature whenever you wish. Just simply place a backwards compatible game into the drive and it'll ask you to install it. Or if you own the game(s) digitally in "My Games & Apps" under "Ready to Install" they will be listed there.

    Here is the list of backwards compatible games.

    Is it possible to transfer DLC games from 360 to one?

    If the games are backwards compatible, they will show as "Ready to Install" in your Games and Apps. If they are not backwards compatible, then you cannot transfer them to the One. You can see a list of backward compatible games here -

    Are you trying to buy One games or backwards compatible games? The Microsoft account balance cannot be used to purchase backwards compatible content on the One.
