Cannot access anything without logging in

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with using any games or apps on your console.

It is likely that when you first configured your console, you had it set-up to have your account sign-in automatically. Upon booting up your console you may have noticed it in the past displaying a greeting with the gamertag of your associated Microsoft
account.

However, Microsoft has recently gone through a change in policy and terms of use. Without you manually signing into your account, you would be unable to accept there terms, thus prevent certain use of your account with Microsoft services.

Without being able to gain access to sign into your account, you would be unable to use that account further. This would imply that you would need another account in order to play games, launch apps, and purchase content.

Fortunately, the console tends to be configure as the
Home Xbox of the first account that is signed into on the Xbox One console. This would allow any other account signed into the console to use the games digitally purchased, as well as take advantage of any Xbox subscriptions you may have.

Its also important to note, that services cannot be transferred across multiple Microsoft accounts. This includes
achievements, save data, and in-game currancies.

You may be able to gain a bit more info in you contact Xbox customer support, although at the moment, requesting a call back from an agent is currently no avaiable.

From the MS Contact page here https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/, click on Contact support in the browser instead & type the following into the virtual agent chat:

Chat > when it asks you to select your product, choose Xbox > Select your issue, choose Payments & purchases

You should see the option for a chat & we strongly recommend you select it. We tried this out & the chat option is still there, and they'll be able to help you with getting everything set up.

yes im in the process of using those links for password recovery but it requires my device id which i cannot look at without access to my xbox1 system info which i cannot do becuase of an error code E200-00000074-00000000 which will not allow me to access anything on xbox

The problem with this unfortunately is that when I called the support for the same thing (I have to use a temporary account to log in here, because I cannot log into anything Microsoft right now), I was told the soonest anyone can respond is the 25th of
March, which is 4 days from now. Many of us that use Microsoft accounts for work cannot typically go that long without resolution.

also be aware of anyone offering to re-rank you if you do happen to get de-ranked.

Maybe the access issue is specific to an ISP? I'm on Comcast and cannot log in.
