    Cannot access Ambassador Forum


    Hello~ I'm a new Xbox Ambassador and I'm having some trouble accessing the Ambassador Section of the forums. I'm trying to access the address here: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/ambassadorchat/f/2590.aspx however it just takes me to a 'group not found'
    page. Is this page old or expired? Or has my account just not been verified through the Ambassador system? I was able to enroll and join the Enforcement Team as well, which means that it identifies me as an Ambassador since that is currently a Beta requirement.
    Any ideas on what might be going wrong for why I cannot access the Ambassador Forums?

    Edit: Also, the forums don't seem to recognize me as an Ambassador either. Here are some screenshots of my current rank and ambassador level.

    I also can't seem to redeem my Ambassador Shirt that is now unlocked in the 2nd screenshot, an unknown error occurs.

    Ambassador problem

    I have a problem, i cannot access the ambassador forums and i dont have the icon saying im an ambassador. (Im defo ambassador because im on the enforcer program too)

    Hello Jollybloo,

    Well, you currently do not have an Ambassador badge, so it may need to update for you, so it may take a while before you can access the forums.

    Any idea how long that could take? Also, could you explain the EXP cap I hit in my first image? Can I not rank up until I obtain 14 tenure days?

    Updating may take between 3 days to 5 days. Maybe longer/shorter. Just wait, that's all. Cannot access Ambassador Forum :)

    Have I lost my Ambassador status?

    Hey GingerElvis,

    -

    To gain access to the Ambassadors Forums you will need the Ambassadors Badge.

    You don't have the badge at the moment, therefore you cannot access the Ambassadors Forums.

    As already mentioned by WPAK, you will have to wait until everything is sorted.
