    Cannot access account


    I have an account that i cannot access for the life of me, I do not have access to the password nor phone number anymore. I tried going through and verifying my identity to reset the password, i do not have access to the card i once purchased things on due to it being expired now. the phone number is also from an entirely different country that i used to live in. I last signed into the account in 2022 when the mojang accounts were migrating. IT HAS BEEN 3 YEARS. I just need answers and help.

    The Microsoft account does not exist.

    I'm sorry to hear about the account recovery issues. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

    If you don't know the recovery email for your account, I suggest using
    xbox.com/forgot     to help remember any forgotten information.

    If that doesn't work for you, then you'll need to use the
    Contact Us     page to set up a support call (I see you can't live chat) and the account specialist will be able to go through your options with you.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble there buddy. Let's see if we can get this straightened out for for ASAFP. First off if you could please clear your cache, if that doesn't improve things try and delete your profile then re-download it if that doesn't help
    then I'm afraid you're *cough* out of luck because Microsoft really doesn't care.
