    Cannot access account


    I have an account my brother made and he cannot remember the password nor birthday he put and it uses my old phone number but we have all the other information such as xbox live id card info name everything else besides birthday but our request to recover the password gets denied everytime so i was wondering if there is anyway to get it back

    The Microsoft account does not exist.

    I'm sorry to hear about the account recovery issues. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

    If you don't know the recovery email for your account, I suggest using
    xbox.com/forgot     to help remember any forgotten information.

    If that doesn't work for you, then you'll need to use the
    Contact Us     page to set up a support call (I see you can't live chat) and the account specialist will be able to go through your options with you.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble there buddy. Let's see if we can get this straightened out for for ASAFP. First off if you could please clear your cache, if that doesn't improve things try and delete your profile then re-download it if that doesn't help
    then I'm afraid you're *cough* out of luck because Microsoft really doesn't care.
