    being harassed by a hacker

    There is a person that is harassing me, I have called XBOX support, they help me put this person has ignore this, but this did nothing. They seemed that they were able to bypass the system. They also have added themselves to my friend list with out permission.
    They are following me almost everywhere I go on XBOX. They are joining my parties without permission. I need something done to resolve this issue His gamer tag

    Sounds like your account is underage. The parent account will need to allow you the ability to download more content. If you've been given the ability to download content with a higher rating but still cannot then that could be due to the developer. Some
    content cannot be downloaded by underage accounts even with parental permission.

    Can't access Parental account due to hacking

    If your email has been hacked and taken over without permission, you need to contact the email provider about it.

    An xbox account can't actually be hacked without you giving out personal information, but if it is the parental XBOX account that was hacked, you need to call support and open an unauthorized access claim.

    I know that it is a pain, but you maybe able to fix it. You will need to know who is the main account. You will have to sign in on account.Xbox.com. Click, Security, family & forums. Below it it will see
